Process Engineer for Cold Forming Technologies

The Manufacturing Support Team delivers support for internal manufacturing processes on demand of the manufacturing department. Within the next years production will increase. Cold Forming Technologies are key competences to our products. Especially due to the high production rate there is a need to improve process robustness and capability. This requires lean competencies based on lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve production processes on one hand and manage deviations on the other hand.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Qualification of new or modified processes;
• Stabilize processes;
• Continuous improvement of processes;
• Trouble shooting activities;
• Training of personnel;
• Management of projects within manufacturing.

We expect:

• Master degree in machining engineering or mechatronics;
• Basic knowledge about, assembly and metrology;
• Knowledge about lean manufacturing;
• 2-4 years relevant working experience;
• Fluent in Dutch and English speaking and writing, a reasonable level of German is preferred;
• Willingness to travel.

• Capable to perform under pressure.
